No cap — we drop accurate size charts and real product pics, so double-check before you click “buy now.” No do-overs if you ignore the homework.
What We'll Take Back (And What’s a No-No)
- We got you if:
- You report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product
- The item is fresh AF — no signs of use, tags still on, OG packaging intact
- We’re not accepting returns if:
- You picked the wrong size (we warned you)
- You thought the color would "hit different"
- It’s an accessory or a sale item (clearance = final, baby)
Shipping Drama — Who’s Paying?
- If the item came in broken like your last situationship:
- We’ll handle the return shipping process — no stress
- But you’ll still need to pay for the return shipping cost upfront
- If the item is fine and you’re just feeling indecisive:
Sorry, no returns
And if you send it back and there’s no real issue, you’ll need to pay the return shipping fee again if you want the product back
No refund unless shipping fee is paid — we run a brand, not a charity
